RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
The creation of forging equipment takes place both within our company and through external partners. This is made possible by our modern and high-level technological capabilities, which include:
- Simulation software for stress and deformation analysis
- CAD/CAM stations
- High-speed CNC milling machines
- CNC electrical discharge machines (EDM)
FORGING LINES
The Brenna Group has 45 forging lines, including 3 robotic lines. Specifically, there are 28 mechanical presses, 15 mechanical hammers, and 2 pneumatic hammers. The power ranges from 200 to 2.500 tons.
FINISHED PRODUCT
Thanks to our external collaborators, we are also able to offer our clients heat treatments, surface finishes, and mechanical processing.
